Additionally, we recommend arriving at the appointment 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
Cancellation policies
Acuity Scheduling can help limit no-show cancellations. At Dandelion Care Agency, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. To ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our care.
